Following the Stargazer Incident, the United Registry for the Bureau of Unnatural New Zealand (URBUNZ) has begun releasing select internal documents to the public.

This archive is intended to shed light on the patterns of unnatural activity leading up to the emergence of Subject C — publicly known as Cosmica.

Materials are shared in the interest of transparency and community understanding. Some information may be redacted under the Unnatural Disclosure Agreement (UDA) between URBUNZ and the New Zealand Government.
